PRL Update: No go. Sprint TV: all channels work, no problems. I never knew Seven was stopping the PRL-up app but I updated mine via *2 before I knew about the app in settings. :P |

Re: very good push email
Yep, kills the PRL and the profile updates. I am rather surprised your Sprint TV worked. Seven was causing the same issues with the TV. It would go all the way to just before the TV plays then errors out. Pause Seven and it works again. Anyway, I brought it up top the developers and basically I was told that the free version will be this way and the paid version will work with no problem. They blame it on Microsoft and didn't want to submit it as a bug until I pushed some more. Great program but I am not liking how the developers seem to work.

Re: very good push email
Hey all,
Dont know if anyone has had these problems since where talkin about the SEVEN push email program. Come to find out that the program sends international text messages when you install it . Wanted to give you all a heads up, I am on sprint and the tell me they cant block those kind of text messages. I am not sure if other carriers have international text messages blocked but here is the email response below including the number that the text messages go too ( you can even google the phone number and it will tell you more about the phone number ). I recently uninstalled my Seven program and installed Emoze push email and so far it works great. Here is the email I was talking about... Form: Ask A Question-Manage Topic: Billing / Payment SUB Topic: Billing Inquiry/Invoice Charges ================================================== =========== Original Question: text messages Question: Good Day, I have a problem, the past 2 months I keep getting charged for international text messages that I am not sending?? Is there a way to block these please, I do not know why I am getting charged these but theres gotta be a way to stop these. Nothing is showing up in my sent folders, etc.... Is there a way to provide me the number that these supposed text messages are going too? Please help, Thank you HERE IS THE RESPONSE (not angry ).... hank you for contacting Sprint. I understand your concern regarding the charge of International text messages on your account. I can see that your account was charged $1.40 for 7 International text messages used on your phone 3004 during last billing cycle. You have two unbilled International text messages in the current bill cycle. The phone number to which these messages were sent is 447624802625. Account was also charged $0.60 for 3 international text messages on the invoice generated on December 16, 2008. I am sorry, as there is not way to block international text messaging service on your phone. However, as you were not aware of this, I have applied a credit of $1.40 + $0.60 = $2.00 on your account. This credit will reflect on your next invoice and on your online account after 4 hours from now. Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with, I will be glad to do so. Thank you again for contacting Sprint. We appreciate your business. Sincerely, Bradley T. Customer Service Specialist Sprint |
