OK FOR THE BATTERY ICONE I HAVE FOUND THE DLL : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\security\ResOver\Bitmaps

Rest the wait cursor to find

The waiting cursor images will be inside shellres.96.dll. First you need to convert from module to file and then you need to edit with reshack or similar softwares. After editing, sign the dll and again convert to module or else leave it as file.

FYT, M$ won't use phcanOverbmp.dll so you won't find phcanOverbmp.dll in sys or other.

Yes the cursor is bigger and I kind of like it. However since you prefer the cute smaller cursor of 21169 and for anyone else who does, replace the shellres.96.dll subfolder of Base_DPI_96 folder in SYS with the folder below, and once again you have that cute little flowery angel.
Let me know if this gives you what you want.

Here is the supposed 21500 Topaz rom. It's password protected so you won't be able to do anything with it...and it's probably a fake.

Still password protected, but here is the software that is required. Has to be ran in IE from what I have read.

EDIT: Worked for me in Firefox 3.0.8....RoySource comes up in Chinese....pretty pictures help a bit in finding what to click on next. Able to choose my DL location and start the download by double clicking the file in RaySource. Now, we wait......
