Ya, capacitive screens dont operate with stylus. Although there are stylus available for capacitive screens, none of them are comfortable to use. They are very thick with thick point of contact, which is a requirement of capacitive screens. Its not that much of fun to use.
But what i think is, Windows Mobile will be able to support both types of screens. What i hope is that they still keep resistive screens for small displays (QVGA and the likes) and put capacitive screens on devices with bigger displays like WVGA. That will retain the usability of WinMo
