I also had this problem using the 96 DPI. I had to extract the rar, drop to command prompt, and unhide everything. then re-rar the file.

This is exactly how I fixed this as well.

Thanks for letting me know. I updated the 96DPI rar files and included the possible IE fix.

Looks like it fixed it to me at first glance (I did not try the original file). Everything is the same as my 21815 phone.

I tested it in cab format, it works. The icons arent the prettiest looking, but they do work
