23518 seemed really good, but I noticed some slowdowns when I used Sense UI 2.5. If you like the Titanium, I say go for that one. It has Office 2010 and threaded email.

agent_47 released a 28206 version as well for rhodium. I am sure that build will come out soon...

I have 1 shipped ROM (downloaded 2 weeks ago),dont remember where though.
I thought may be that one has something fresh.
After dump most pack names ending with _TEST word like PACKAGE_LEO_1_5_aGPS_Confirmation_TEST.
kinda bugs me lol
