I had to give up on 28002. It finally froze the phone completely.

Does anyone have a Generic Carrier carrier file for PPCK? It only has Sprint and Verizon included.

I can't figure it out!!!
Every time I cook it in it is just fine until I reboot, then they are gone

That was a major reason for me to start cook generic ROMs.Its a result of conflict between carriers provxmls and taskbar regs.mostlikely its override_[carriers].dll takes over phcanoverbmp.dll.
check [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\security\ResOver\Bitmaps]
"BaseDll"="phcanOverbmp.dll"

I flashed almost every 6.5 leak since 21089 days and I must say that 28002 is a worst build I ever seen.Im hoping that next leaks will be better.
