Yes you can, as long as you have wincenls which is device specific, you should be good to go.

21851 is super fast, great. The start menu>settings menu now doesn't returns to today screen when you choose an icon. You stay in the menu when you close that item to do other settings.

The only small problem is that the blurring in titanium's text thats present in QVGA 234xx and 230xx builds these days, has appeared in QVGA in 218xx too. But its not a big issue. Apart from this, the build is superb.
