What do u think is there any way to port it to GSM?
What is the difference between a GSM and CDMA ROM (for the same device)?

you should be able to port it, there's PLENTY of info over on xda regarding the subject.

here's a good thread - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=438676

Re: WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition

Could you be a little bit more descriptive?
I put the 21159_SYS.rar in the Kitchens folder (not unrared) and the
xip seemed to need to be unrared, so i did and put the files in place of the ones in the Rom folder ( i renamed the other files that were already in there)
i opened the kitchen, and I dont see any option to use the new files... what am i doing wrong?> thanks

I am using the regular G'Reloc, i had to tweak everything to make it work, but it works.

Well, your pretty much doing it all wrong, hears what youll have to do.

once you finished downloading the sys files, and the Rom XIP files con posted, you will have to Extract them, and then place them into the kitchen, and replace your old sys folder with the new one, and the old Rom folder with the new one, and then run your BuildOS

Re: WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition

Okay guys, I'm a little late to the party but I have the same issue that someone else was having with the screen going totally black after the Windows Mobile 6.5 boot screen.

I've tried building with the kitchen posted on the first page as well as the WinMo6.5 kitchen from XDA. But no luck either way.

Can you tell me what exactly do I have to keep checked in BuildOS. And is everything else (that's unchecked) optionally unchecked or mandatorily unchecked?

so i am putting both files in the Kitchen folder AND "replace your old sys folder with the new one, and the old Rom folder with the new one" or just "replace your old sys folder with the new one, and the old Rom folder with the new one" after extracting?
Reason i ask is because i extracted and then "replace your old sys folder with the new one, and the old Rom folder with the new one" and when I opened buildOS, i see the same thing i saw before.. 6.1 stuff..

sorry im a dork..lol

I am using the ppckitchen.org kitchen.. is this wrong?

ok so i reread, and am re dl the one in the first post

well it pretty much should all be still old applications, because you still have your old OEM folder so there should be no issues there, just try to cook up a rom, and see how it runs.

ohh and You wont be able to use the ppckitchen, because they made there own custom kitchen, so youll have to download the kitchen from the first post on this thread, and then replace the files in there.
