It says to use your phones native browser (I assume they mean PIE) and to try them in the order above. I tried the first one and it began to install the jar file, but I got an error message. I tried the other, but it said my time had expired. Oh well.

I'm not really all that excited about this for some reason. I'm more than happy with Opera mini/mobile (prefer mobile), Iris browser, and Skyfire. I don't think any of them are the end all be all of mobile browsers but I doubt Bolt is take the cake from any of 'em. I hope they do though as we definitely need an advancement in mobile browsing.

In the article I linked to in the OP, it states

those of us with a higher-end device are already having issues deciding which browser to go with, anyway. It doesn’t look like it will compete heavily with the entrenched big boys, but could provide some decent browsing to those with lower-end Java-based handsets,

so yeah... No revolutionary ideas...
