Plus it's a lot quicker/more functional when you have a well-written app to do the job (vs. a website). It's annoying to have to open the browser, type the address, zoom on the right section, sign in, zoom in again, touch scroll around, etc.

I can't believe there aren't many options for this on our phones. My barber has the iPhone app and it looks/seems to work great. MS is backing it too, as I believe it used to be $8 and now it's free on the App Store.
