Re: Forget Pandora.. use this!

How do I install the .NET framework? Every time I try to do it I get the "You must open this application from within the application" error.

EDIT: Who cares. This app works awesome and now I can cancel Sirius!!! Yayz!

Re: Forget Pandora.. use this!

Ok, I'm having a problem getting pocketlastFM on my touch pro. It worked oawsome on my mogul, but its not working on my new TP. I installed it, logged in with my user name and password. After that, I get the message "Failed to connect! Reason: An error message cannot be displayed becuase an optional resource asembly containing it cannot be found" That really doesn't help me at all. I tried installing .NET Compact Framework 2.0 but it wouldnt install. I know some of you with the touch pro got it working, so I know its posible. The ROM is dead stock on the phone too since I just got it.

i think you have to unlock to install the framework..i might be totally wrong, but thats what ive heard, ive always installed 3.5 on my roms, so i never run 2.0...and the reason you cant get last.fm to work is because you dont have the framework installed

.but i would suggest flashing to a rom beside stock if you want to run an internet radio, as it will totally kill your battery life..

Not working anymore?

Is anyone else having this problem with PocketLastFM?

It no longer works for me either on a 6.1 ROM or a 6.5....on my Vogue.

I just get the error: "Error during streaming! Reason: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it."

damn....

Re: Forget Pandora.. use this!

I think that, due to the recent agreement made, the software may no longer work. PocketScrobbler also states that one must have a subscriber account to use. Unfortunate if that's the case, but I suppose that's how the industry works... there's a Pandora VGA fix out there that I have had good luck with on my Touch Pro, but I prefer Last.fm over it. :\
