Voice Reminder Program

Is there anything out there like a working version of this voice reminder program? It seems like such a simple concept, but I can't find anything other than that one, but it doesn't work.

I'd even settle for a program that lets me quickly set a reminder that'll just play an existing sound and display some text. I think I can do this with both the built in calendar and task programs, but it's a tedious process and they don't seem like this is one of their intended uses.

that sounds like a cool program...sorry i don't have an answer, but i would like to have a program myself that would do that

What exactly would you like for this program to remind? (missed calls, sms texts,voice messeges,appointments, etc,?)

Sorry for the delayed response. For some reason I didn't get a reply notification email.

An example of when I'd use it:
The other day I was with a friend, Laura. I was going to be meeting her boyfriend, Sam, at a restaurant later at a certain time. She gave me her ID to give to him because he needed to make a copy of it for something. I took the ID, but I knew there was a good chance I'd totally forget to give it to Sam when I saw him. I wanted to be able to take out my phone, fire up a reminder program, push a button, record myself saying "Give Sam Laura's ID", and set it to play like 10 minutes after I was going to be meeting Sam.
