An example of when I'd use it:
The other day I was with a friend, Laura. I was going to be meeting her boyfriend, Sam, at a restaurant later at a certain time. She gave me her ID to give to him because he needed to make a copy of it for something. I took the ID, but I knew there was a good chance I'd totally forget to give it to Sam when I saw him. I wanted to be able to take out my phone, fire up a reminder program, push a button, record myself saying "Give Sam Laura's ID", and set it to play like 10 minutes after I was going to be meeting Sam.
