What weather site? You need to download the WP application first. It's available in the software forum.

Well that may be the problem there... now i have it on the screen but its saying that :
"weather panel has no data for this city ..(houston) please connect to the internet to dowwnload updated data"
so now what do i do ?

Confirm for me that you have indeed installed the WP application. You should the default WP theme on your today screen.

The best thing to do is do unistall the themes cab from your phone. Then reinstall the themes to your phone and they should show up in the setting panel of WP.

To add a new city do this:
1. Open WP settings panel.
2. Tap the "Add New" button.
3. In the "name" box type in Houston or whatever you want it to be. This box is for WP to display the name of your city on the today screen. I typed in "Home" in this box and it is what WP uses on the today screen.
4. In the "Search For" box type in Houston and hit "Search"
5. If you get no city found etc. disconect you ppc from your pc. And try again.
6. After a successful search you will see a list of cities in the box below the search box. Scroll to your "Houston" and you should be good to go.

Yes, downloaded that. But found it was easier just to add it in by hand.
Also found out that the only traffic cam in Los Angeles is opened with Media Player, so just put in a webcam of downtown L.A.
Big city, no regular webcam!
