WeatherPanel has no data for this city?

I have the same error message when trying to use WP. I have a Treo Pro. I installed it, added the cities using the search, and it didn't work. I tried reinstalling it, removing all the cities, no good. I have a good internet connection. I tried a reset, then removed WP from the Today screen, another reset, added the city back in, reset, nothing seems to make a difference. I went to the Mars... website. They suggested trying to Run the diagostics on the "About" tab. I did that, but the result window was mostly obscured. The display screen on the Pro must be too small. There was no way to scroll down the window either. I'm about to give up on it.
