Qype Radar (popular android and iphone app) = Magic Guidebook on windows mobile.

Qype themselves didn't write one for windows phone

but if you're using the UK marketplace there's one called Magic Guidebook in the Travel section which does the same

I'm hoping someone writes a version of Talking Carl for winmo.
