I need a link to M2d TFL2D

... im still confused as to if i can install them over my current rom and run like that or if i have to flash to a rom that contains the m2d and tfl2d programs.

Please dont send me a link to a thread that has 213542345 million unorganized links to 1234 versions of the same program

If we could keep these DLs and DL/install instructions basic, it would help GREATLY. I've been awake for some very long time now (on call for work). thanks fellow geeks
