You know what? I was a beta-tester since day one, and tested every version right-up to this 'release' today, but I had no idea what they were getting at on the main page today!!

All I can get on the forums is that this release is more 'testing' so to speak!!! 'Mobile Operators', as far as any of us beta's can tell, are authorized users from cell carrier companies (Sprint, VZW....), these companies are authorized to do testing....maybe to prompt 'pre-installed' application on new releases. So I guess the idea of putting a page up and a price on it are more to give the general public (end users) an 'idea' of what to expect!!

As I mentioned, All I got this morning was a forum message announcing release of SPB Mobile, so I was just as much in the dark!! I will keep on it and announce any further changes!!!

I do feel I have to appologize for getting hopes up here. I feel SPB did this in a very poor way, and should have either used better wording on the SPB site, or did testing of carriers behind the scenes instead of this way!!!
