Menu Control?

I don't care if they explore the phone and learn it, what has happen on a couple of occasions is that the email settings/active sync/direct push get changed and the phone no longer gets email. Then people whine at us that the phone doesn't work as advertised because they don't get email. Once we are told that there is a problem (the last time they told us 10 days after not getting email ) fixing it isn't a well, problem, lol.

That's why I was wondering if it were possible to remove some items from the menu, kinda take the sharp edges away

If anyone has a different idea, I'm all ears, that was just the first one that hit me.
