Switching out of mobile portal on pc

Sorry for the simple question, but I can't seem to switch out of the mobile portal on my pc. It works great for the ppc, but lacks a little when you're looking for the full picture.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page. At the bottom left below posting rules is the skin choice box.
