If you can post a screenshot we can see it it is workable, but most likely it is just a matter of needing to be careful where you tap. There are skinning options, so don't give up hope LOL!!!

This is driving me nuts trying to figure out.

I have a folder on my 16 gig card with probably 300 mp3's in it.

I never had any album art installed & s2p works super. One feature I use constantly is hitting left/right on my 6800 D-Pad to go forward or back to the next album.

I recently used a program that automatically adds album art to the files & it worked perfectly at first. I had copied the music folder to my laptop & ran the program on the folder there. When I was done, I copied the folder back to my card & everything worked as it is supposed to displaying the cover art etc.

Now, something has changed & the D-pad function changed. Instead of going to the next or previous album all it does it go to the beginning or end of the song that is playing at the time.

I can't for the life of me figure out what I changed to cause this. The file system seems to be unchanged on the card: Artist/Album/song

I have an HTC Diamond. It keeps trying to read of a storage card that the phone doesnt have. How do I get it to play the music of the internal memory?

When you're in portrait mode tap on the big arrow at the top left to get to the folder view. Then you can navigate to your music folder and you will see a list of songs. Pick any of these to play and you should be sorted.

That way, after you navigate to your internal memory MP3 folder S2P will automatically start there when you start it up again.

A little suprise for those who always visit this section. Since I cannot describ the "smoothness" of the hardware accelerated version of S2P in words, I've uploaded a beta version here for you to "feel" it. However, this beta version only runs on devices that support OpenGL ES, e.g. Touch Diamond/Pro/HD & Xperia X1. Besides, the "Album View" is still rendered in software mode. It's the most time consuming part to re-code it & not finished yet.

Grab it here, read the README inside & feel it.

- added option to repeat a single Album, so the repeat options are: none -> all -> an album -> a song.
- added option (ShakeThreshold) to adjust the shaking responseness.
- added limited support to HTC Wired Remote Control (read the FAQ for details).
- added an OpenGL version for devices that support OpenGL ES (Touch Diamond/Pro/HD & Xperia X1).
- fixed on some devices S2P crashes when Bluetooth is already turned on (but AVRCP still may not be supported on these devices).
- fixed when shuffle is on, sometimes the Album pic cannot be shown.
- fixed when repeat option is on, the "slide to next Album" does not work.
- some minor bugs fixed.

how do you change the settings? I have a bunch of songs on my storage card with multiple album photos. However, all I ever see no matter which song I choose is the same album photo. Also, when in landscape mode it only shows the one album. What am I doing wrong?
