C-ApiSRO can only offer up those channels that Sirius or XM make available for their online stream. If the "Best Of" channels are accessable online via the actual SiriusXM online player then they should be available from C-ApiSRO.

There have been other XM users with this problem and, unfortunately, we have never truly nailed down the reason. It appears to be an issue related to your phone proivider network, but I haven't been able to find what it is.

What I need is you to do is send some log files with all of the details about your phone, cell provider, etc, so that I can look at it. Try to capture network traffic too, if that's possible. Get as much information you can about the problem and e-mail me the results. I may be able to find a solution.

One thing you could try is to go into the C-ApiSRO settings and click the XM tab. There is an option to use the IP address for XM. Enable that option to see if that solves your problem. What it will do is remove the need to do a DNS lookup through your network, which could speed things up.

Can this be fixed.....
Try disabling "High Speed" in the menu. For some reason there are a few XM channels that won't stream in high speed. If there is no check mark next to the "High Speed" menu option then you are running low speed. That may fix your problem.

Re: C-ApiSRO - Sirius/XM Satellite Radio for PocketPC (PPC)

first of C-ApiSRO this app is perfect for me. only problem is when i first installed it, it worked fine. but after a few hours in would let me connect again to any channels. i uninstalled the program and installed the latest version which is something like 2.0.5. here's the details on my phone. i have a htc touch pro. i have a valid sirius account. the app lets me login in successfully but when i chose a channel i get a message saying unable to connect to channel. all channels are like this. please help! this is by far the best app i have on my phone i just wished it worked.

hmmmm, i don't get it, i am able to listen to the 'BEST OF' channels with the SIRIUS online player, but i don't see those channels appearing anywhere with this application. I double checked my acct. info that i use logging in and all seems fine. Is there any settings that i should be modifying to receive those channels?

Please list a few of those missing channels for me. I don't have time to go do this research. I will try and determine the problem once I have this info. Thanks.

This sounds like you are having problems with your cell provider network. Try to capture some log files and e-mail them to me so I can take a closer look. Are you able to access the internet from a browser? What phone network are you using? I am willing to help you, but I'll need as much information as you can give me.
