Re: ***NEW RELEASE 11/16/08**** C-ApiSRO - Sirius/XM Satellite Radio for PocketPC (PP

This works great on my HTC 6800 (Mogul), and my provider is Sprint. I don't have any problem. I already had a subscription to XM Radio (in my car), so I didn't have any problems logging and listening to my favorites.... thank you so much...great job. I was looking for a way to listen to XM Radio on my phone....Keep up the great job!!

Not sure what to tell you. C-ApiSRO simply streams audio from the internet. Doing this task with any application will drain your battery fast. The heat is probably from the battery. Make sure you use the "Screen Off" setting whenever possible. This may help increase your battery life.

I love that logo, but I will consider changing it if someone can come up with a really cool replacement. Feel free to post some suggestions.

Are you sure you are using v2.0.4? Version 2.0.4 uses a cache (local config) file to load the channels, which means you shouldn't have this problem. Channel information is stored on your phone, which avoids the need to get them from the internet.

If you are using v2.0.4 then go into the settings, click the XM tab, and press the "clear channel cache" button. The cache will be rebuilt the next time you log into XM. The first login does take a long time after you clear your cache, but if successful you should have another local cache file that will mean quicker loads the next time you login.

If you continue to experience problems and you have v2.0.4 then I will publish the cache files for you.

I was using ver 2.0.3 because of the references to some people having issues with _4. Not having to download channel info first would certainly help; to upgrade do I uninstall ver. _3 and then install _4, or will _4 just overwrite _3?

I downloaded 2.04 today, already had net 3.5mi4 whatever. I login to Siris I can see stations but they do not seem to load all the way. I soft reset still no go. Any ideal, I have a Mogul Stock Rom on Sprint.

Don't get me wrong I am not complaining about the program I love it as a matter of fact but even with the screen off and it just runs the phone gets very hot to touch. I have no doubt that it will drain the battery, just more concerned about the heat that it produced.

Could you help me a bit? I'm wondering how you implemented the kinetic scroll. I have the two class files but don't know how to implement. a few lines of code would really help me. Thank you.

I like the logo as it is. It is very relevant as it pertains to the merger.
