I'm not sure why people are so lazy nowadays. All you have to do is Google the dam thing.

Re: touch diamond qwerty keyboard

Here's something I noticed, when using the OEM SMS composer, when I type the name of a contact using the hardware keyboard, it doesn't show the pop-up box with the name/number. Is this happening to anyone else?....=/

if it's too large you need to host it somewhere like imageshack or something and then link to it
*edit* this is the image from the link above

Re: touch diamond qwerty keyboard

UPDATE-So, it kinda works. I have to type in the first character of the first/last name, press "space", then a black bar appears at the bottom of the screen, and I can select it from there. It doesn't seem to show email addresses though. =/ Hmmmm....

Mine showed a pop up where it does the T9 suggestions just above the keyboard. It only showed one name but when you press down on the dpad the next one shows

Re: touch diamond qwerty keyboard

i like the the fact that you can change it from t9 to abc with a push of a button but its not as responsive as touchpal so for texting touchpal is for me but for putting in passwords and stuff this keyboard is for thankfully it plays well with others and doesnt shut them down.

Thanks, I know that's how it works. I guess I'm just too accustomed to how the stock name finder worked.

Re: touch diamond qwerty keyboard

"Touch QWERTY" with T9 on while in landscape mode doens't properly work. I thought it would be cool to have the phone closed while the screen is rotated in landscape and use it as a software KB.
