What Back-Up Software? HTC P5500 WM6

Hi all! Newbie to all of this so can someone recommend a good backup software for my ppc before i totally screw it up by trying to do tweaks etc without having the means to restore it back to original. And also, if it's not too much trouble, could someone tell me briefly the sort of things i should be considering backing up if a standard backup doesn't cover everything i.e ROMs etc before i start getting involved with them. I love to learn stuff but i'm damn sure at some point i'm gonna get my fingers burned doing this so any help really appreciated

please search as there is a sticky on this....bu as long as the thread is open.....sprite backup lets u backup for a hard reset very useful but is not recomended for changing roms.....pim backup backs up the important info contacts messages appointments and other things as well...this can be used while changing roms and is what i personally use for everything.
