please search as there is a sticky on this....bu as long as the thread is open.....sprite backup lets u backup for a hard reset very useful but is not recomended for changing roms.....pim backup backs up the important info contacts messages appointments and other things as well...this can be used while changing roms and is what i personally use for everything.
