Aint that the truth.

Re: radar detector software

And yeah, W.I.F.E. 1.0 is a bit dated... But if you upgrade to 2.0 you spend a pretty penny on all the accessories that go with it.

Pluss you have to continue to pay dearly for W.I.F.E. 1.0.

You are right sorry about that. Here is were we are with the Radar Detector Software. It is really more of a work around then a program, first turn on your bluetooth and Ir beam receive, do not plug your device in to any outlets. Next run a GPS program, Live Search works great, now without turning off Live Search, go into your phone settings and chose the phone alert you want to sound. This is an important part, make sure you have a passenger with you, give them your device to hold pointing out the window. When they,(your passenger) sees a police car they are to hit the play button next to the sound you chose, this will alert you to the police car and to slow down. As long as your passenger is paying attention it should work 100% of the time, if it does not, it is your passengers fault.
This post has been thanked 1 times.

The new W.I.F.E software is a bust. It is hard to turn on, the buttons you have to push to turn it on changes daily and I keep getting an error message "Do I look fat in this case". Also, the H.U.S.B.A.N.D software I was making for the ppcgeek sisters fail too. It was very easy to turn on, but only stayed on for 30 seconds before going into sleep mode and when ever you tired to access the task list it would go to espn.com, and stay there all day.
