Post Which Is Better.....

Google Maps or Yahoo Maps....Just trying to get a feel of the differences and what advantage one has over the other before I dive right into getting them. If anyone could help me with this , it would really be helpful and I would be grateful...:0)

Rock On....

Re: Which Is Better.....

I've never tried yahoo maps... But i have tried Google maps and that's a pretty solid program for your PPC. If anything, just download the program and test it out on ur device, its free! =]

Re: Which Is Better.....

Microsoft Live maps has voice recognition. Just click speak and the software analyzes your voice request and there you go. It helps to not have a lot of background noise, but for the price (freeware) it works pretty good and I've not had to make a voice command more than twice to get it to recognize my request. It also has local gas prices as well as the features of Google mapping. Before I believe it was a matter of preference in regards to the visual display of the maps, but I believe that the voice recognition has put Microsft Live in the forefront.
