built in calendar and beaming

My wife and I own a business and I routinely schedule appointments for her.(no she's not a hooker)

so, I was trying to just use the built in wm6 calendar but the best I can do to get the appointment to her is to send it with her on the mandatory attendee list and she gets it by email in her gmail account.

I tried to beam it to her but no avail. I have beaming turned on and auto receive turned on. when I align the devices, her device never shows up. I have a 6800, I'm assuming it's the little black rectangle window on the bottom of the device with the .))) on it.

anyhow, I turned on bluetooth on both devices and it saw her device but I got no list of shared services. so how the heck does this work? or does the built in calendar just suck?

Re: built in calendar and beaming

open a free account at mail2web.com and both of you can sync to the same calendar, contacts if you want to.

I find beaming (both blue-tooth and infra-red) spotty at best.

Re: built in calendar and beaming

I checked it out.. so the "mail2web live"? that was the exchange service or whatever. this is so frustrating, it's like installing linux for your first time and having to figure out all the tips and tricks.
