In the settings, do you have the rotating wallpaper set? If your using S2V as well, chose the walpaper for S2U2 from there, or you can do it old-school, and rename the image Wallpaper.___ and save it in the S2U2's gfx folfer, then go into S2U2's settings app and chose option 1 (if the image is a jpg) or option 2 (if the image is a gif).

Good luck, personally I both suggest and use S2V (a LOT easier if your only using one image)!!!

If you WANT changing images, you need to go further into the menu and activate the 'Change JPG Wallpaper Every' (whatever timing you like), or 'Change JPG Wallpaper Randomly' after setting option 3 or 4 (depending on where your pics are). Judging by the wording of your choices, ALL the images need to be jpg. If you have any gif in the folder, that may be a problem.

Confusing I know, but I hope it helped a bit.
