I'm have a question. I have Liberty Wireless, which runs off the Sprint network. I successfully got a pictures.sprintpcs.com account. I have a Moto Q running WM5. Yet when i run the app it asks for my Phone Number and picture mail password. I've entered the information correctly, and i get "Your phone number and password do not match! Message not sent!" Am i doing something wrong? In order for this program to work do you have to have a Sprint plan? I just find it odd that i Have Liberty Wireless as my service provider (unlimited everything service) and i got registered successfully for the Sprint Picture account. Any ideas?

I have triple checked everything. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Same error. Could it give me this error because even though i am on the Sprint Network, i don't have a full blown Sprint account and a Sprint Plan? It's the only thing i can think of. And my phone is a Moto Q but it's a Sprint Moto Q, unbranded. I know this because it has "Sprint" settings and configurations. That and in the guts of the phone it says Sprint. lol

You should go to http://pictures.sprintpcs.com and test your login. If you can log into this page you can use sMMS.

Actually i've thought about it. It's been giving me that error ever since i installed it. I am not an idiot/noob/novice when it comes to cell phones or computers. I have slowly entered the information into the app, double checked it, triple checked it, looked at the screen while typing to make sure it's the correct sign-in. It's correct, but the app keeps giving me the error. I'm unable to use any other part of the app without paying for it, so i'm unsure if it would work at all once i activate it. And $5 is a lot to some and a drop in the bucket for others. But if the app doesn't work on my phone then there's no reason to pay for it to see if it works. Nice try, I'm done.
