If I have Sprint Power Vision Access Package would wmtorrent be covered under that plan or will they charge me for PAM?

I have wmtorrent on my mogul, but the sad thing is, i have no idea what a torrent is or how to use this software. if anyone has the time and patience to explain to me how it all works, it would be greatly appreciated. If you pm me some help, im sure i could think of something software related i could share with you. I have alot of applications. thanks dschoenike
