smms picture mail prpblem persistswe

I have tried and tried to make the smms picture mail to work and can not get it to work. When I got my password sent to me from pictures.sprintpcs.com I put it into the settings along with my number and still get the errr message: "Username and password do not match!. Message not sent." What am I doing wrong???!!?

BTW I made a thread about this yesterday, I did what their advice said, and it still doesnt work. The thread was closed so I had to makee a new one.
