Re: NetFront 3.5 (no, its NOT slow)

skyfire is not available yet. You must sign up for their beta see http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=17094

net front can be downloaded from the link at the beginning of this thread.

If this is not what you are looking for please use the search or ask again if nothing comes up.

Smile Re: NetFront 3.5 settings...

To get the program to look its best try the following in Menu Settings

Font Calibri (Cleartype off)

Menu (Browser View)
Full Browsing
Smart-fit Rendering
Zoom 100%
Virtual canvas 800X1024
Test size small

This fixes the icky text and large font size, makes the website fit the page in one column (like PIE) with scrolling like PIE plus.
Have not run into memory errors yet. Renders better than PIE at this point.

Re: NetFront 3.5 (no, its NOT slow)

I get a memory error every time I try to open myspace. Does anyone know how to make netfront your default browser? I gate emails and click on links but it takes me to PIE I would like it to take me to Netftont or even Opera Mini for that matter. Can I do either?

Re: NetFront 3.5 (no, its NOT slow)

Has anyone had the problem of once you remove Netfront, it screws up your file associations for urls? If I go into Totalcommander and click on a url, it says the file isn't associated witha program. Tried to associate them with PIE but that puts PIE into a loop.

Re: NetFront 3.5 (no, its NOT slow)

my only with it is that it will load up mobile versions of certain sites(if available) which I cant disable. I'd rather go to the real google site then the mobile version and i cant find any settings to adjust it.at least opera lets you choose in settings
