i didnt even like this app, but I feel this is bogus...i went over to XDA and read the thread.

With that said i agree with guy1969. The way she came across was unprofessional at the least and seemed like a personal attack on A_C. Open source or not its not like he's profiting from the code, he was making an app for all of us to enjoy.

Now i dont know if he actually denied someone from using the code, THEN i could understand the premise of him violating "open source" but I dont think he was doing that.

Either way they just put a dirty taste in his mouth, and that sucks, cuz hes one of the best devs we have at ppcgeeks/xda.

A question to the moderators:

Would it be wrong for me to post the new version (v0.17) here for those who didn't get it?

I find it strange that Miss E started to get all "grabby feely" just after A_C released the best working version of the app but anyhowww ...

im not a mod, but i dont see any problem with it chaos- it doesnt qualify as "wares", it doesnt violate "anyone" intellectually, and its an open source code. Id like to see what the mods have to say about it

Well I see that version v.015 is still up, so I guess there is no harm in posting it. Mods - feel free to remove or contact me to remove it if I am violating any rules.

This version is sooo sweet, even with the screen off you can still control the app with your hard keys.

WOW!!! Thanks for posting that back up Chaos!! I didn't have a chance to get this before it was pulled.

It's a tragedy.....

S2P is a very clean and light player. I really dig the slide control
