That's good news. I'm ready to give Skyfire a spin around the block. PIE is driving me nuts, and Opera's a pain in the butt. I just can't warm up to it. I hope Mozilla get's on the ball soon, too...

Looks like it's officaly out.

The private beta is available now for Windows Mobile phones in the U.S. Due to the high demand, we are inviting people to download the Skyfire beta on a limited basis. We are accommodating as many people as quickly as we can. Thank you for your patience.

i just tried to have them send my password but they said my account isnt active yet--has anyone tried that route

i tried it too and no luck.. and if nobody here got it yet i wonder if its really out...

All of this stuff changed on Thursday night, so I'm betting the staff over there is doing an allnighter and will probably start sending out codes Friday morning sometime.
