Ok... I'm on a MAC and I had to use Opera to download this program.
But now I get network error when I enter my info. I'm suppose to use the same username & password as if I'm signing on to sprint.com to review my bill right? If this is the case then I did that! Thanks! After reading through the post...I'm not sure if it makes a diff... but I have a Better business account with sprint. Last edited by DUNKonDUNKS; 03-03-2008 at 10:51 AM.

Looks like sprint has made some updates to their site. So the program might need to be adjust to take into account the new updates.

platform: wm6.1 6800 sprint sero /business account colonel's latest rom ver .4b nueminutes online account activated 9: am today no results achieved via first opening ie or using ensemble account. intentionally tried wrong password and received authentication error, so apparently it is accepting correct password.

for those of you who are just seeing code when you're trying to download in firefox, you just need to right click and save target as.
but i too am having a problem getting the program to work.... when i hit refresh on the data page, after it says finding minute usage, i get a network error im using .04b on the titan with rom 2.09.651.3 (yes, i know i need to be upgrading soon) like others, i would be happy to share some login info, if it will help just PM me.

I started getting the network error yesterday. It was working and then nothing. Did something change on sprint's website that would cause this?
It comes on the finding minute usage site.

I tried logging onto My Sprint page and got a Temporarily Unavailable message, so hopefully the network error is being caused by that and not because Sprint changed something.

Sprint probably made a few changes to their website.
Just be patient guys. No2chem just needs to update this great little app with the new links.
