ok so i took the images from the HTCHOME folder and put it into the mydocs folder
and the images still do not appear on my S2u2 wallpaper

you have to copy to the windows folder.

On the 6800, the Windows folder is in the root directory of the device. I'm not sure about the 6700.

I still dont see a windows folder, dont even see a root directory folder either.

Root directory isn't an actual folder. It is the top level of the devices folder structure.

ok so the root is where databases/application data/connmgr etc folders are....correct????

Like I said, I don't have a 6700 so I'm not sure, but on the 6800, when you explore through your phone or activesync, the top level shows up as "My Device".
