A good lawyer will tell you that you should get a seperation agreement from her, and hit her with it VERY soon after your confront her with the proof that you know she is cheating. This will cause her to usually sign the agreement, which will be VERY favorable to you, because of the guilt she feels from just being caught. The seperation agreement basically handles all of the money issues and who gets what, while still giving the appearance that you might want to make it work still. After she signs it though, its just a waiting game for the 6 months you have to wait until a divorce can be processed. At the divorce hearings, all you have to tell the judge is that both parties already signed a seperation agreement and the judge will sign off on the divorce. Simple, effective, and will get you the most bang for your buck.

Going through a divorce myself right now, spouse had an affair. Dont worry about catching her, if you think she is cheating just leave. We have a 4 year old and when i just accepted it, it got alot easier.
