My sound plays good but the video justs freeze and plays every few seconds. Is there a fix for this?

Great Site! Thank you. Any chance of adding Fox 5? There used to be a stream from vegas... but I cannot locate it now...

I know it is pushing it... but anyone have disney access??? now that Sprint TV is off... unless any one knows anything?
