Hi, no, I don't know of any software, but after reading this thread, I can offer you some hope.

A number of years ago, a company I was working for purchased 'a new fangled Windows-based PBX' (the vendor has since gone bankrupt). However, we had the machine connected to an ISDN/PRI service from our local telco. During installation/configuration, we found a parameter which was to be the 'display ANI' (what the called party should see as CallerID). We could set that value to anything.

Now, in my current company, we have some testing software which lets us call our phone system with any CallerID we need (because we need to simulate inbound calls from all over North America).

What this tells me is that with digital service, it is the (digital) dialing device (ie. CPE) which passes it's ID to the telco for forwarding on to the next hop so that it eventually appears at the other end.

So, given some of the nifty tools that I'm learning about (eg. QPST, etc.) I would think that someone with enough time & technical capability should be able to create the application you're looking for.
