You'll have to use MemMaid (or similar app) to stop the CityID.exe process, then uninstall.

I went through the same hassle about 2x until I was able to finally get it off my system. It was disconnecting my EVDO service at its leisure and I would have to soft-reset or turn on/off flight mode to get it back.

yeah i deal with the same thing... and yesterday when i recieved a call i couldn't answer it b/c "the answer button dissapeared"... i was like what the hell... so i did what any knowlegdeable person would do... i pressed the green phone button to answer the call, and guess what, it still didn't answer. so at this point, i am going to uninstall this and wait tin a revised version comes out... if it ever does... but this software is very useful!!!
Yeah, the same thing here . I tried to install it and it worked great untill I receive calls and I cannot answer them because the 'answer' button is not there. Hmmmmm.... still trying to figure out how anybody can answer the phone without an answer button. Oh well, I guess those that dont have any problems are those that dont get any phone calls.....lol.

Though I still don't have the call log, reverse look, or registration screen the incoming call feature still works flawlessly. It doesn't seem to interfere with any other programs, etc.

Late,
Coz

For those that used this app for at least 14 or 30 days, has it expired in anyway? I was browsing on the registry and saw a Trial key under HKLM\Software\CEQUINT\CityID. Under the Trial key, there's a dword called Date. I think it recorded the date of when you installed it. Just wanted to check with the users that have this app installed for 14 or 30 days (since that's the most common for trial versions). If it did expired, deleting this key might reset the trial period. TIA!

if you delete the entire folder in PHM Regedit (or your favorite reg editor) you will get full function of the program.
