I went to the magicall website and didn't see a support forum there so I hope this reaches the developer, or maybe someone has seen this issue and has a quick workaround, I am on day 1 of my 7 day trial.

thanks
Hi chuque, I am the developer of MagiCall. After reading your post, I tried to install MemMaid on my device, but I did not meet the same problem. I had tested two version of MemMaid (1.44 and 1.72) on two WM5.0 devices (Treo750v, Wizard). They worked OK.
Could you tell me what device were you using? Have you flashed a modified ROM to it? Thank you.

hey there, I am running, the posted aku 2.2 version on a sprint ppc 6700. with the stock (junkware removed) EXTROM

and while running the trial version of the software that if I try to run either memmaid/processes list or task manager the app, and the OS locks up. demanding a soft reset, if I kill magicall after boot I Can run both just fine, and then launch the magicall, but if I exit either and rerun, same locked up issue.

again my gut feeling is that this has to do with the trial version and wouldn't be an issue once it is registered and not getting the pop-up. but, even in my current drunken state ( excuse the typos) I am not willing to fork over 25 to prove it.

honestly even given the fact that the software works seamlessly with phonealarm ( unlike photo contact pro) I am not sure it is worth 25 bucks. Maybe I'll feel different in a week and the trial expires.

Hi ... not thinking today

I have a quick question .... prob very dumb and I'll feel like an idiot after I get the answer ........ but ............ let's say I have mine set up to be silent while sleeping. How do I differentiate between am and pm? Military time? I don't see a slot for am or pm. Most of the time I am blind though ... so ....

Hi chuque, thank you for the information.
There is no difference between the trial version and the registered version except a popup dialog. I guess the problem is caused by some bugs of old OS. I will try to find if there are some similar reports on the internet.

BTW, what version of MemMaid did you use?

Hi sashamw, I am not sure that I understood your question.
0:00 - 11:59 is AM
12:00 - 23:59 is PM
Suppose you sleep between 11:00pm-7:30am, you may set the interval as "Between 23:00 and 7:30"
Hope my answer can help you.

Yes, thank you, that is what I was asking. Since there was no choice of AM or PM I was asking if I should use military time. I don't always write too clearly. Again, thanks!

That'd be very cool.
