You are correct. The only place QuickMenu shows the running programs is if you click on the start menu.
The Windows Start logo opens the Quick Menu Start Menu. The Start word opens the regular Start Menu. The Windows logo on the top task bar can also become a toggle for all active programs. (Tap and hold.) You have to select that option in QuickMenu/Option/Check "Long press win logo" box/Select "Active next". (It may or may not be necessary to check "register win key of device". I have that checked.)

In addition, when in a program that edits, the windows logo becomes a shortcut to edit (copy, paste, more) options. Not sure how I enabled that. But it sure helps sometimes. Like I said before, this is a really cool program.
Thanks to all who helped get it in the Kitchen.

The Q can be moved or removed in QuickMenu/Option/View tab. The Windows logo is the Start for the QuickMenu. But you have to uncheck the box QuickMenu/Option/"Replace system's start menu" if you want both Start Menus to operate.

Well, guess I'll try to redownload and reinstall it for the 3rd time. Getting a "Load qmenu.cfg.dll failed" when I go to quickmenu>options. I have the Touch, is anyone running it on a Touch with no issues?

it loaded on my touch with no problem.
My only beef with it is that when I set it for battery & memory display, notification does not come up on the bottom left, calendar stay there when it should change to notification when I miss a message. and on the top where the battery & memory is displayed, it doesn't change to the missed icons.
Is anyone else getting it problem and is there a solution?

i keep on getting this error

and also "load qmenubtn.dll failed" on every soft reset.
I have tried to create a folder called quickmenu in my device>program folders..didn't work

also tried to just install the cab, and not zip file. didn't work either.

Go to the Q options, disable auto startup, then reset, then delete the folder from your memory card, then download the cab file on this thread, then install to your device, change to autostart, and wala.
