I installed this with wktask, as I feel wktask has a much more finger-friendly task manager. I found it too hard to switch between tasks using quickmenu.

So I disabled SHOW RUNNING PROGRAMS in quickmenu options and use it only as a launcher, and wktask as a task manager. Works great too because now quickmenu is much less cluttered.

I just started using this.

Here's my background for use with the default "Telus" background.
It lines up and gives some pseudo transparency.

I also increased my menu edge to 8 to fill the screen and make it more finger friendly.

I love what this app does, but have a major problem with it.
When I lock my device (htc vogue) - the START button continues to work!!
I can still start new apps and click around - eventually the screen becomes such a mess that the only way to clear it is to reset.
I am using a cooked rom, with slide lock and I must use pin - if that makes any difference.
Has anyone else had this issue and knows how to avoid it?

I have seen that sometimes, but I never made the connection to quickmenu.
also I was never able to actually launch anything from the startmenu, just fill the screen with tabs. usually unlocking retracts these..

you may want to try a different lock app. I'm currently using AutoLock without issue from xda and it has the option to work with the pin.

its definitely quickmenu - when i disable/close it - i have no issues.

just need to find where the lock is installed in ppckitchen builds, so i can disable the default one...

btw, are you using the latest version of quickmenu? 2.8.
also you could try playing with the options, ie. "register win key of device" and "replace system's start-menu"

had replace unchecked
register checked

swapping around, unchecking/checking both - no help.
I can definitely start apps while locked and even kill running apps.
