You are correct. The only place QuickMenu shows the running programs is if you click on the start menu.

Can someone explain the magic of the "hibernation" and how that action frees up memory? I too live the utility and find every single time I run the hibernation over and over it keeps finding more memory to free up. Even if done after a reboot right away.

The Q can be moved or removed in QuickMenu/Option/View tab. The Windows logo is the Start for the QuickMenu. But you have to uncheck the box QuickMenu/Option/"Replace system's start menu" if you want both Start Menus to operate.

Well, guess I'll try to redownload and reinstall it for the 3rd time. Getting a "Load qmenu.cfg.dll failed" when I go to quickmenu>options. I have the Touch, is anyone running it on a Touch with no issues?

In addition, when in a program that edits, the windows logo becomes a shortcut to edit (copy, paste, more) options. Not sure how I enabled that. But it sure helps sometimes. Like I said before, this is a really cool program. Thanks to all who helped get it in the Kitchen. Last edited by Robtao; 11-19-2007 at 04:19 PM. |
