Just save those to a separate folder. DashWire only syncs pics in the folder your device saves them to (on device or card) itself (usually where your pictures go as you take them). I do this for my contact pics, I have them in a different folder because I really don't need them on DashWire.

You could also just set them to private...that way only you have access to them anyway.
