SprintTV needs to be installed in main memory.
Browse to the files on your phone from your computer using Explorer and set the read only property from your computer's interface, not the phone. -Polen

Yeah my Sprint TV app. is installed on the main memory. Correct me if I'm wrong but what you're saying is to connect my phone to my PC via USB and set read-only through explorer that way?

Yes. If you have Active Sync or Sync Center installed, when your phone is connect to the usb, your phone will be a drive device under Windows Explorer or My Computer. You can change and modify files on your phone like you do on your hard drive.

Hmmm, when I explore my Sprint TV directory and right click/properties, it doesn't display any option to set as read-only, it only shows general info. This is totally FUBAR!! I really appreciate your time Polen!

My computer is Vista, I'm not sure if that makes a difference here.
When I do Properties on a file located on my phone, all I get is a General tab too, but at the buttom of the General tab I see two check boxes, Read-only and Hidden. -Polen |

Does anyone else know of a way to set the read-only on a folder on a mobile device beside TotalCommander or using the Windows Explorer?

Yeah I mean this is all quite straight-forward but it seems to giving me and others problems with being stuck on "loading" channels and the cache folder being overwritten with only the menu folder after the program initially works and closes. I'm gonna rest on this for now since I've tried everything many times over. Although I don't use Sprint TV too much I'm dying to figure out what's going on here!

I had the same problems as well. Tried earlier today and the same problem, tried a few minutes ago and everything loads, but only the free channels worked. Just reinstalled the Vogue 1005 cab and its stuck on loading again. Gonna try the cache install next.

Where is Discovery Live? It showed up on the old Sprint TV, but not on the new one. Its the one channel I actually want.
