Since changing extensions can be tricky, I'm attaching a ZIP file that has the CAB file inside. So just extract it... never liked the whole renaming myself.
Also, the renaming can be tricky... I tried changing the name and it would not let me change the extension from the Desktop. I had to go to the DOS command line to change it there... good thing I still remember DOS commands  I'm also going to move this to the software forum so users with different devices can take advantage of this. Edit by Pibe38: If downloading this file, there is no need to change extensions, just extract (open) the ZIP file and you will find the CAB file inside.
