ok dude..

go to the file highlight it (single click)
then single click the files text
it turns blue
highlight the ".zip" at the end of the file
reach over and hit the delete key on your keyboard
press enter

** Its also worth mentioning you have computer tech listed as your occupation **

I feel the need to clarify what I was trying to convey in my first message. I had done the initial general name change u but in the properties under the details section the name was still .cab.zip and when i transferred through mobile device center the file was unrecognizable by my 6800.

do you have hide extensions for known file types unchecked under folder options-View?

for the volume if you wait until you're watching a video and slide out the keyboard and press the right key you can raise the volume a little bit, it's still not loud but it's a little better. as someone said up there i think the volume slider just defaults to 60% and pressing right or left adjusts it up and down.

this sprint tv gizmo

I have installed it on my 6700 .. seems to come up and operate.. i get
srcrolling guides and text ... can see channel guides and all.. but every channel i try it starts to load for a bit and says.. channel not available...

anyone get any tv on this thing...?? if so.what channels ?

oops.. sorry guys i just read the above post... LOOKS LIKE THEY WHACKED IT ON US...
BUT.. I THINK ITS LIKE $9 A MONTH OR SOMETHING..AND EACH INSTALL GENERATES A
NEW CUSTOMER NUMBER SPECIFIC TO YOU.. SO YOU COULD PROBABLY GET AN ACCOUNT
AT SPRINT FOR THE BILLING... ILL CHECK INTO IT...
